ADManager shows Exception in:/jsp/tabComponent.jsp] null at the top of the screen after license upgrade
Hello, I applied our permanent license to ADManager Plus and now receive the following error at the top of the screen. This is normally the area where the different tabs would display. Because I cannot see a Support tab, I am unable to generate the SIF file. Regards, LeRoy
How to track a cn with admanager
Hi, In opmanager we get a message: ID=9646 Source=MSExchangeIS Type=1 Message=Mapi session "/o=tralala/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=7a7f8908-cf95a6cd-c1256ddd-39f4b2" exceeded the maximum of 250 objects of type "objtMessage". I would track this cn with admanager but with the search function I cannot find any result. Any idea if there is a way to know what this is? Regards, Dave

Does anybody know if there is an option to to set the sync frequency within ADManager Plus? I have noticed when a user account is unlocked successfully it still remains on the locked out users count until I manually refresh all on the dashboard or log off and on again. Cheers
Software hangs/crashes when delegating to a group
When using the delegate security role that is located in the AD delegation tab and then selecting a group and then clicking on Add, the software stops responding and or IE will crash.

How to dispaly the chinese character in ADMP?
Hi,surpport I test the ADmanager Plus in my domain (Use Win 2003 Server, simplified chinese edition), but when i try to report all domain users in "AD Report", it can NOT dispaly chinese character in "Diaplay Name" column properly. I try to change the browser's ecoding method and it seems do anything. How to correct this error? Thanks!

I need to bulk update users (set expiration date, disable or delete them) and wish to do this through csv import. But it does not let me import a csv file with EmpID #'s. Each user has a unique EmpID, so can I do a bulk update to a list of EmpID's?

Hello, I need help!! I have installed AD Manager version 4.2.0 and it wont let me add any of the Service Packs 1, 2 or 3! I receive an error message " the file that you have specified is not compatible with this product" Please help asap. Self-service with other HD roles
Our service center has been given the following rights, Reset Password and Unlock accounts. They do not have the ability, though, to modify their own information via the Self-Service portal unless I create separate domain accounts for them. I tried to add the options to update their address, etc, but this gives them the right over all users and I don't want them to be able to change everyone. Aside from creating separate user accounts, is there a work around where they can only update their own accounts
temporarily revoke exchange rights
Ability to revoke someones read access to their own exchange mailbox. Not disable their mailbox, but temporarily restrict their read access to it. This can be done manually in 'Active Directory Users and Groups' under the 'Exchange Advanced' tab, 'Mailbox Rights' button, and setting 'Full mailbox rights' on SELF to 'Deny'.
