Asian fonts
Hello, I'm currently testing ADMP installed as a service on a W2003 server English. I manage a couple of domains in Asia, so on the file servers the folder names could either be in English or in one of several other languges. All servers are English. I've found when I run a Permissions for Folders report I'm able to input Asian font in the Shared resource path without any problem. However, when the results appear and I click Advanced, the Asian fonts appear as ?????? Is there a way to fix this?
ADManager Permissions
How am I able to modify domain groups and users with ADManager while it is running as a service, yet I have provided it no redentials to do so?
Move Home Folders
When we do this process, it appears that it only copies the home folder and does not remove the original home folder. Example, we wish to move the home folder from server1\home\%username% to server2\home\%username% but when we execute this, the original files are still on server1. Are we missing a step or do we still need to manually delete these files from the original location?

Custom Active Directory Tabs
We have a few custom tabs in our AD environment. I want to set one attribute in these tabs to a specific value. My problem is that these custom tabs do not show up in AD Manager so I can't set the value there. I have a VBS script I can run to set the attribute value. Would I run a custom script and if so, where would I physically place the scripts? Or do I place the actual vbs script contents in the custom script box in the Modify Template section of AD Manager? ADMP -- Can't select OU's ?
I've tried both IE8 and Firefox, I log in to ADMP, on any report i click 'select OU' (as it defaults to all OU's) I check mark the OU's i want to report on, hit ok, and it goes back to the report page and still says 'all ou's' how do i fix this ?
Disabling multipe users
I've got a CSV file that I'm trying to use to disable multiple users and I want AD Manager to search by username. What do I need to call the colum in order for it to do this? I've tried a couple variations but the only option I ever have from the drop down is "name".

ADManager Last Logon Time = 0?
When running reports with AD Manager Plus i see a lot of last logon time = 0. I understand that this may be from computers and users who have never logged on, but in my case many of these computer I know for a fact have logged on at one point or another. Is there a certain time where Active Directory stops a record of last logon? Do you have a feature like "Modified By:"?
For example I have 20 technical supports in my team, some of them is adding users in OU, some of them is modifying the group policy, etc., I don't know which of them is adding users and I don't know which of them is modifying the group policy. A feature like "modified by" would be a great help, so that whenever there is a problem I know exactly who modified this object.

Disable Back Button
I entered a support case so not wanting to duplicate support requests but I heard from a couple reps with ManageEngine and want to make sure I am on the right release level. I am at build 4431. If I reset my password through the forgot password link I can use the back button to pass back through what I have entered so anyone who resets their password and leaves the window open and does not close it (there is no prompt to do so), could leave the system open for compromise for that users account.
Login times Report
Hey guys my company has tasked me with a way to log and report on the login times of all users on our Active Directory, Basically we want a weekly report of when and where users log in, for where I just mean which computer name. I have downloaded and installed the trial version of the ADManager software and can find several reports, some of which allow us to view the last log on details, However I have been asked to see more than just the last login, rather every log on for say the past week/month
Custom Script help
Does anyone use the "Run Custom Script on the Successful User Creation" option under "Custom Attrubutes" of new templates to run a batch file? I would like to use this to run a simple batch file, but I get this error: "Successfully created the user; Script Execution :"IOException occured in execution of script" I'm just entering the UNC path of my batch file, and that is probably what is wrong - does anyone know how to do this? Or, is there a log somewhere that can tell me what the problem is?

Permissions on user home folders
While taking ownership of the users home folders, somehow the folders have lost the perimmsion rights to the users.Users have no rights to access their homefolders. I need to give users rights to their folders without having to do each folder individually. Is there a bulk way to do it. lawrence

ADManager Mail settings for Exchange 2007
I have tried several different combinations for the mail server settings and I can't seem to get it working unless I enable anonymous on the receive connector, which I don't want to do. Tried using username, domainuame, username@domainname ssl/tls enabled and disabled on all combination. Any ideas? Thanks!

inactive users for shared mailboxes
Hello I was trying to clean some shared mailboxes, where the endusers has full rights and send as rights. so they never really login as the shared mailbox. Can ad manager do this? I know that in the Exchange MMC with exchange attributes shows when someone logs in.

Right now, I have my users, in admanager, emulating the administrator account so that each time that they create/delete/change users and objects, it shows up on my adaudit reports as the administrator account is making these changes. Is there a way to have these programs talk together so I know eactly which users are making these changes instead of having it link to the administrator account?

I use ManageEngine to manage my domain controller and mail server. But mail server not detected.. I get warning message like this: "The server is not opertional" This message appears when i try to enter mail server to list of domain controller. Mail server is also serve as domain controller. Archiving users Profile and Home folder
Is it possilbe to move and archive users profile and possibly home folder as well as Mail box when you are getting ready to delete the account. This way before the account is deleted all of users information have been archived. Thanks.
