Mass deletion of User's folders and files in the home directories
Is it possible to delete in mass the content of Users' home directories? I'd like to delete all of their folders & files contained in the home directories in AD.

Store Password using Reversible Encryption.
I'm currently testing out ADManager, and have hit a snag. When I select "Store password using reversible encryption" under the account properties, and set "Same as user logon name" under the password section. The Password is not actually stored using reversible encryption. The user is created, and the option is set in AD, but I get errors indicating that the password is not set using reversible encryption. User f0def15fb15b was denied access. Report on ADManager user creation templates..
Hi, We use the User Templates a lot and have many of them. Is there a way to report on these and the settings used for each of the fields in User Profile, Account Details etc. It would help a lot in terms managing them especially when keeping track of changes etc. Thanks Hiren

Real Last Logon Report against a group has a limit???
I've been working with Support on an issue with our AD Manager Plus application for about a month or two now. Whenever we run the the Real Last Logon report against a group the results don't go over 1500 users when polling. I've tried various groups that have 2,000+ and 3,000+ user objects in it but it doesn't go over 1500 for that report when running it against a group. User Creation Thoughts
Currently with AD Manager, when creating a user with a template, you have the option of appending a number to the userid, but in my environment this doesn't work as I need so I think there needs to be a change to that process. Automatically append numbers from to avoid duplication not checked, but appends 3 to new accounts
The setting "Automatically append numbers from to avoid duplication" is not checked, however the last several users created using this Mailbox enable user template has appended a "3" to each of the new users mailbox account. The account works, but the user (nor the admins) knew that the mailbox name had a 3 appended to the exchange account until we discovered the problem. If the setting is not enable, is there another setting causing it? anyone else had this issue?

HR Delegation adding photo to users
I am hoping I can get HR delegation to add a photo to Active directory. I can't find a way of doing it through ADManager?? I don't care about bulk loading, just individual loading of photos. I know the user can do it through self service, but I don't want the user doing it. I want our security people or HR do do the upload. Hope you can help.

In AD Manager Plus is there any way to bulk upload photos to the jpegPhoto attribute that AD Self Service uses for the people search function? Deny ability to change certain passwords
I'm fairly new to AD Manager Plus having just purchased it within the last week. I love all of the features so far but have come across something i'm not sure I want helpdesk staff to have the ability to do. When allowing them to reset passwords, the software appears to let them change any password for any account on the system including the administrator account. Is the onoly solution to not have the administrator account or service accounts in an OU that they can access? If so, i'd like to see

Hello I use ADManager in a school and I miss a function to put users and computers into groups or folders in ADManager . If I have a folder for my class, I can change password or unlock all accounts fast and easy, no need to search. I do not mean AD groups. //Peter
CSV import, using semicolon as column separator instead of comma
Hi, I am trying to do a bulk creation of users using a .csv file. The csv file uses the ; character as the column separator. I would use the comma character as a separator, were it not that I use the comma as actual text in the first column. Disable Exchange Mailbox
In Exchange Management Console when you disable a mailbox the mailbox becomes disconnected and the AD user account is disabled. Does this function exist anywhere in ADManager Plus? I don't see anything that lets you do that.
Computers report
Hi... I would really like to run a computer report containing all the computers in my domain that has been used/accessed since a given date (e.g. january 1 2011). Now... The computers that hasnt been used is really the ones I am looking for, as they are to be deleted from AD. Thanks Roy Johansen
User template does not allow only one group that is NOT Domain Users
When I create a user template that should NOT contain Domain Users, and should only contain a group called FTPUsers, it allows me to create the template with no problem. I have to add FTPUsers to the template, mark it as primary, THEN I can remove Domain Users. I do this, and the template look correct. However, when I try to use the template, it still puts Domain Users in the list. Here is my version info: Product version: 5.0.0 Build no: 5031
Correct character set / encoding / line endings for CSV import w/ accented characters
We are having some trouble importing a CSV to modify our users. Standard Windows - ANSI (from Notepad) files works, but accented characters like ÆØÅ will be garbled in AD (and in the AdManager view). When using UTF-8 the data is listed in ADManager, but the columns are mixed up and I can't select sAMAccountName as an unique identifer (only two columns are selectable/header is changable). Any ideas on the correct format?
Blank Screen After Logon
Hi, I'm testing AD Manager Plus at the minute, and all I'm seeing is a blank screen after logon. I downloaded the 4.3.0 setup file and that worked fine, but then when I applied the 3.1 service pack, all I get is a blank screen when I log on. I've seen that other people seem to have issues with blank screens after logon, does anyone know of a fix?? Thanks Justin

We have a licensed version of ADManager Plus. When I try to export any report as anything other than HTML, I receive the following error: Internet Explorer cannot download Report.do from localhost. Modify Users - Change OU
I am having trouble getting the option to move a user to a different OU when I choose the Modify Single User option. I know when you setup users, you can specify the OU to create them in, but can you move them once they are created through AD Plus?
ADManager and Exchange 2010
We upgraded our ADM+ to the latest version in order to create accounts with mailboxes on our Exchange 2010 server. The problem is that I can't see seem to get the 2010 Exchange server to show up in ADManager. Our 2007 Exchange server shows up and we can setup templates with that server but not 2010. We are able to manage the 2010 server from the computer running ADManager by using the Exchange 2010 Console so is there something I am missing to get ADManager to work with Exchange 2010?

Hi, the 'Set mailbox rights' screen allows permissions to be assigned to a user but it it states on the sceen that it 'Applies to...Exchange 2003'. Recursive selection of OUs
Dear Support, our AD has a very big OU structure. If i want to select the OU for a helpdesk technician it is not possible to select a OU with all his sub OUs.
