Users are not displayed in the second domain
Hi, I have two domains without trusts. In both domains I can create and modify users. But in the secondary domain I can’t find Users... For example, I click on “AD Delegation” -> “Help Desk Technicians”, than I select the second domain and click on “Browse”, the new Window is white, and no users are displayed. Another example, I click “Home” -> “Help Desk – Reset Password Console” and select the second domain over the dropdown “Domain”. Now I’m get the error “No data available for the specified
Does ADManger Plus work with Office 365?
My company is planning to migrate our mail from Exchange 2007 to Office 365. The current plan is to setup our own tenant and use ADFS and Dirsync between an on-prem Exchange 2013 environment (hybrid solution), our Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory and the Office 365 tenant space. Can ADManager Plus create accounts/mailboxes in Office 365? If not, what can we do to get ADM to work in this environment to create mailboxes?

OK Button is missing from "Add OU" and all that sort of popup box, need emergency help, want to take some report by OU based.

Our company is looking for a way for ADManager to e-mail the credentials for a new employee to the manager of that employee. Is this possible?
Home Directory user permission issue
When I create a new user from a template. I set the Home directory and add the user permission, so the new user can have Full Control to the folder that was just created. after the template runs. However, the user permission does not get added to the home directory, but the the group I specified in the permission options does. Anyone else have this issue?

New user creation alertings
It would be great if ADManager Plus could query the username and or email that is going to be created during a new user creation or through a template and alert the technician if the specific username or email already exist so that it can be modified before it's created. For bulk adds, it could load into a staging table to be able to check and alert. For a single user add, it could run the query before actually creating the account.
Does requesters require a Help Desk Technicians license?
When I try to create requesters under Workflow delegation I get this error: Error in Adding Technician, You have purchased 20 Help Desk Technicians. Please disable or delete the default helpdesk technicians(helpdesk and hrmanager) and add Technicians. Please contact sales@zohocorp.com for purchase of additional Help Desk Technicians. I have 14 Requesters including "ADManager Plus Admin" and 9 Technicians configured. I get the same error if I try to create a new Technician. Thanks.

Incomplete fields in XLS export format
I have an open call with support about this issue but wanted to see anyone else was experiencing this problem. I noticed after the latest update that whenever I export a report in an XLS format with a certain number of attributes selected that a number of spreadsheets fields are incomplete with information. This only happens with the XLS format. The information is complete with all other export formats. Unclear on the turnaround for this problem but this makes that export selection useless to
Group membership based on OU
Can ADManager Plus put a user in a group based on that users's location in an OU? Such as user is in Test OU and we create a rule to put them in the Test Group.

My company uses the following username format: 3 digit number then first initial lastname Example: 123jdoe How can I create a custom template to utilize this naming convention? Also is there a way to make that field a drop down box with the built in 3 digit numbers? Thanks

Is there a way to change setting/s in all user creation templates at once? There have been several admins creating templates with different settings that we have since standardized on. E.G. All user creation templates should have check for duplicates enabled by default.

We want to use the user automation to update the Department field in AD from a CSV. It works fine when I do it manually from Bulk User Management, but I can't get it to work from the automation page. Technician unable to login to application after changing password
I have a technician of the AD Manager Plus application that changed their password yesterday and is now unable to login to the application. All other users are able to login successfully without issue. When this particular technician tries to login they receive a j_security error in Google Chrome and also receive a webpage cannot be displayed when using IE. I have resynched all Domain Settings to make sure that everything is all synched up. The techniican has tried to login from multiple computers
Automation: Run User Modification Templates
Is it possible to run user modification templates at a specific time? Background is the need to change user attributes (OU, group memberships, etc) due to changes of users one department to another. For example: user A works in department X, and starting with the first day of the following month he needs to be able to work in dempartment Y instead of X. So he now is in the OU of dept. Y, has the user group of that dept. instead of the old one etc. This change ideally takes place during the night.
Exchange Send AS
Hello everyone We recently purchased ADManager for some of our helpdesk users as a test run. One of the tasks they perform on a daily basis is give users "Full Mailbox Rights" and "Send As" rights to other users mailboxes. I found "Full Mailbox Rights" under the Exchange bulk change options. Found Send on Behalf....but that is not "Send As" We need the "Send As" attribute applied when ever "Full Mailbox Rights are applied to a user. Is there a way to accomplish this? This puts a hold on us
Disapearing populated fields
Is anyone having a problem since the update to 6162 with auto populated fields disappearing after they've been populated? I'm getting complaints from a few of the help desk techs that create our user accounts. They say the problem is intermittent. When they are creating a user account using our templates the Full Name and Display Name fields auto populate properly but then the information in the fields disappears afterward. They say that it takes a number of tries before it works properly again

NTFS Report Size
When selecting 10 subfolder levels exporting the NTFS permissions report fails it comes back and try's to save as 1.6k HTML file. This is not ideal as we have a deep folder structure in some places and reducing the subfolder levels is not an option and I don't really want to separate areas. Is there a way round this providing more resources to a certain area, I have just started using this so clear instructions would be grateful. I am also repeatedly getting the Interactive Services Detection
Specific GPO setting Report
Is it possible to run a Group Policy Report where you can specify a single policy setting and get a list of statuses for that setting in all the GPO's that you have on the system? Then be able to use AD Manager to add a specific policy setting to all the GPO's you specify. If not, can you put this as a feature request please. thanks
Definition of "login"
We're currently setting up AD Manager to assist us with routine items to include finding overlooked logins that should have been deleted. When running the inactive user reports, do all LDAP connection count as a login (our students use OWA, learning management systems, etc) or does only a physical computer log in through AD count? I assume the former but my manager wants confirmation before we proceed. thanks,
Retrieving Profile Path from the Remote Desktop Services Profile tab
Hello, I am using the Free Edition to see if it will accommodate a specific requirement, the ability to retrieve a list of all users and their Profile Path as found on the Remote Desktop Services Profile tab. The report is there but it doesn't seem to actually pull the information. It's all blank. You can see from my screenshot of active directory that I do have a path in this field but the report is showing blank. Let me know if I am running the wrong report or if something is just not working correctly

I can run the shares report to get the list of all shares on a server, with the option to click the permissions link to see the permissions associated with each share, but our auditors want that information for all 125+ shares. Is there a way to get both shares and share permissions from a server into one report without running the permissions report 125 times?
Assign Custom Template to Helpdesk User
Hi, I have created a custom user creation template for my helpdesk usage. But unfortunately, I am not able to assign the template to them. When they logged in, they get the default system template. As a workaround, I have to 1. Temporary grant them the right to create/modify user creation template, 2. then assigned my custom user creation template as a default templates. Hey, I'm currently working with bulk creation of users, i'm wondering if there's a way to add the users created into certain groups ? Is there something i'm missing ? Eg, a Helpdesk Officer template, gets put into distribution lists/security groups for that template
Dashboard View
Is there a way to limit the data that shows on the dashboard to a specific OU? All reports that we run are tied to our active OU, just curious if we can do the same for our dashboard. We have a separate OU that we place terminated employees in once processed. These users show up in the counts, but shouldn't.
