Bulk Importing Mail Contacts using CSV import
I am trying to import multiple contacts using the Create Bulk Contacts and importing a CSV file. I set my CSV file up based on the sample. Everything imports successfully, but when I look at the contacts in the Exchange Admin Center, their email address does not show up. They also do not show up in the Global Address List.
Description field when creating a user
I think I know the answer to this but I'll ask anyway.. Is it possible to make the Description field a drop down item with preconfigured descriptions in there.. Thanks Paul

Run ADManager Plus as a Service using MSA
Hi there, We have installed ADManager Plus on Win server 2008 R2 and we would like to use a Managed Service Account to run the Service. We have installed the account and the service does start and runs without error using the MSA but we noticed the dashboard modules do not load when running the service with this account. What permission do we need to assign to the MSA so that it can run the service and load all of the modules? Thanks!
Reports as Non-Zipped Files
I've setup several scheduled reports to be sent to me each morning. Despite setting the report format to XLS or PDF, the report still shows up as a Zip file attached to the email message. I'm trying to open these reports on my phone but the iPhone doesn't like Zip files. How can I get AD Manager Plus to send the reports as non-zipped files?

ADManager - Autologging into accounts to create Home Folders in File Redirection in Groups policy
We are a school and have hundreds of accounts we set up for exams a few times a year. We have 2012 r2 group policy driven File Redirection set up so all users log in the first time and their home folder structure is created. Unfortunately, this means logging into hundreds of these accounts to do the same for the exams (as we need to load files into the home folders for the students to use in exam conditions. We went through a merger a while back & there is inconsistency in how contact info (esp. phone numbers) was added (assuming that the information was ever added in the first place). Automating Selection of Exchange Data Store
I like the requestor being able to request an account with email access; however I am getting push back from our exchange admin since the requestor would have to select the Mail Server and Mail Store. Right now our servers and stores are based off of last name. For example Server 1 contains last names of A through I and the Store is broken down into smaller increments. User Account Expiry date
Hello, I am trying to set up a custom attribute, in the reports, to show the date a particular user account has expired, or is set to expire. I have used the LDAP name of AccountExpires and a Data Type of Large Integer. When I run the report it shows the raw value of the date, and I need it to be converted in to a "human friendly" format. Reports sent as Zip files
I've scheduled several reports to be generated as XLS files but they come via email as zip files. Is there a way to change the setting so that they are not zipped before sending?

Problem with apostrophes in user names?
Just checking if this is a known issue or something odd with our set up. We have found in AD Manager Plus that we are unable to open the properties for any users who have an apostrophe in their surname (eg o'brien). The users come up in the search results and their name appears as a link as normal but clicking on it does nothing. This seems to be across IE 10 & 11, Chrome & Firefox. Move, Disable, and Description
Is it possible to Automate the following process? I want to run a scan for all pc accounts that have not logged in for 45 days. Take the reported accounts and Disable, Move to a specified OU. Then change the description of the moved accounts. I can see that you can do all this manually. But when trying to create the Automation all I can do is move and disable. It is missing the Description portion which is important to us as this is allows us to state when the account was disabled by using the description

I'm working on setting up a new ADManager Plus instance for our Help Desk to use for basic account maintenance...unlocking accounts, resetting passwords, etc. This group won't have domain admin or account operator rights, so I've chosen the Impersonate as Admin option. Group modification permissions
I would like to see more granular role options for allowing our Help Desk techs to modifying specific group attributes in AD Manager Plus for existing groups. For example I may only want them to be able to set the manager for a group. This should be setup with the same breakdown as there under the roles for modifying user objects. Please add this to the next update.
