Can browsers inhibit access?
I can only see security groups now whereas used to see distribution lists too. I have found that I see the modify user button in one browser and not in another so am wondering if something is blocking my view of DL's. Administration is not showing any changes were made to my access and all the changes they've tried since reported are not resolving. Any ideas?
Why can't I add the "Password Expiry Date" attribute to all reports?
When I run the Interactive users report, I also want to add the "Password Expiry Date" attribute to see what accounts that have the password configured to "Never Expires". But I'm not able to do that? And when I run the Users with Password Never Expires, then I'm able to select and add the "Password Expiry Date" into the report. Is it possible to do any changes so that I can have the "Password Expiry Date" in any of my reports? The AD attribute is "userAccountControl" and when I try to add this as
Group import via csv and Groupname with special german characters
Hi there, right now we have some trouble to import groups when the groupname contains speciel characters like Ä, Ü or Ö. These are special german characters. ADManager can't export more than 1000 user

User Creation Template
Hey everyone I'm relatively new to the AD Manager Plus and just started with my first user creation template. Is there a possibility to define AD groups which will be automatically added, when I create a AD user with a template? Home folder specified in template over-written when using "Copy User Attributes"
I have created a template we are testing to create new users. In that template I specified the value for Home Folder by entering the server, share and username as: \\Server\Share\%username% According to what I have found %username% should be replaced with the login name that is auto generated by the template or entered in to the form. "Move Remote Home Folders" moves the folder without any data
Using the "Move Remote Home Folders" feature has a scary glitch. I tested it on multiple test users, and it only move the top level folder to the new UNC path, and none of the data in the folder. I manually moved some folders to make sure it wasn't some strange server policy that was stripping the files from the folder. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

Different rights for different OU's
Hi, I am pretty new to ADManager Plus. I have setup a role for a group of staff to modify users group memberships and reset passwords. Now I require these staff to reset passwords for users in a different OU but not have the ability to modify their group membership. can this be done and how would I achieve this?

Bulk User Creation is poor at detecting empty rows or columns
I have HR users who submit CSV files for bulk user creation. More than 50% of the time, ADManager gives a verification error on a row or column that is blank. Also, the csv sometimes will not even upload because it claims "Empty Header Data" on a column that is blank. I think ADManager should be better at detecting blank rows and columns and automatically excluding them. Thanks, Daniel L.

Automation Policy - Cancelling Successive Task
As far as I am aware if an automation policy has a task set to perform an action in say 30 days there is no way to cancel it except via a work flow, please correct me if I am wrong. Ability to send report from executed requests
It would be great to be able to send a report with specific fields in it after executing a request. Once a request is executed, most companies have HR and IAM people who then need to be able to act on that data. There should be checkboxes in the "Request" view
When viewing a request, it would be great to have checkboxes so that you can perform bulk actions. For example, you may want to delete multiple users from the submitted request. These checkboxes should appear in the circled red area on the screenshot:

In the delegation section for technicians and the requester section for requesters, you are unable to edit your own account. This is not ideal because that means I cannot set default templates for myself or remove templates from appearing (in the requesting context). Thanks

Add Columns to "Search AD Objects"
Hello, Currently the "Search AD Objects" features only returns 4 columns (Name, ObjectClass, DN, and Domain Name). This is not very useful when searching for other attributes such as the SAMAccountname to check for all users with Martinez, for example. There are certain actions that I want to be able to trigger at the rule assignment stage of the workflow. I see where I can choose a custom script but I don't see how to define the script. I can write a script to do what I need but where do I put it and how do I reference it from the app? Is there a way I can pass values to it or are values already being passed by default?
