Little problems whith the trial version
Hello, I am actually using the trial version of ADManager Plus in order to buy a license in a few weeks. But I'm having some little problems when doing some tasks. I wanted to know if those problems are bugs or if they are restrictions due to the trial version. Here is a little list of my different issues : When I am trying to make a report from all my users. I can't add the column corresponding to the streetAddress of the Active Directory. When I am trying to import photos from a shared location.

Hi guys, We are wanting to upgrade Dirsync to Azure AD connect before the end of support of Dirsync, is there anything I need to do with ADmanager plus in regards to this? We are using AD Manager for our CRUD process,the issue is when we are creating (Automatic) new user (Active Directory) getting information from a CSV file. The CSV file content Employ Information: Name, LastName, SndName, EmployID, EmployNumber ADManager should read line to line this CSV file, check in Active Directory if this Employ not exist (filter EmployID OR EmployNumber), and create new user... Automatic Balance Mailbox store
Good day, Currently when creating users on exchange 2010 we have a policy so that exchange automatically balances the accounts across mailbox stores. This is to prevent a data store from getting full and crashing. When creating accounts in ADManager you have to pick a mailbox store. Is there away to disable this so our policy can select the store?
ADManager Report Synchronization with Active Directory
Hi, I've few items like Locked Out Users, Disabled Users, etc in the homepage of ADmanager set for all the support persons. But it seems the synchronization of ADmanager with Active Directory is happening only once in 1hour. Since we are planning to deploy ADManager in production, this will affect the real-time work. Can a user account be unlocked without turning on Bulk User Modification? I don't another way. If I turn on the Bulk option, it then applies to other attributes that I have allowed for single user modification.

Under creation Rule I would like to be able to select The office, when the office is selected I want only the Departments pertaining to that office to show up. additional SMTP proxyAddresses
Hit there, I tried to add additional smtp proxyAddresses to the user account with ADManager plus. This was working. But I need also email addresses added in this style: a.test@test.de is it possible to this with the GUI, and when yes what I have o add (which variable) to get this result? because this task will run for 400 Accounts in the end it would be great when it can be done with this tool. Move/Delete HomeFolders and .V5/.V6 Profiles
Does ADManager Plus currently support moving .V5 and .V6 MS profiles when using the Move/Delete HomeFolders feature? If not, do we know when those profiles will be supported? I need to move many of our users to another profile server but if the .V5 and .V6 profiles won't be moved, it won't be helpful for me. Thanks...
Helpdesk Audit Report
We have a scheduled Helpdesk Audit Report to run weekly. I recall reading these reports and when a user reset a password it would show the password it was reset to. Recently it is not showing the password but a string of letters and numbers. Has this changed in an update? We did recently upgrade from 6.4 to 6.5.4 build 6540 in January. Thanks.
ADManager user creation - space on the end of last name causes mailbox creation to fail
Hello, I've come across an issue whilst creating a mailbox enabled user. If the creator enters the Last Name with a space on the end (perhaps because of a copy and paste), a full Exchange mailbox is not able to be created and a legacy mailbox is created instead. This is because the Exchange mailbox creation script is searching for the Full Name with the space on the end. However on account creation, AD seems to remove the space and so the Full Name field doesn't have a space on the end. So the script

My company currently uses ADManager Plus to enable remote users to reset their AD password. It sits behind RSA 2-factor authentication on our VPN. RSA is currently not integrated with AD. We are replacing RSA with DUO for 2-factor authentication. Does ADManager Plus integrate with DUO for 2-factor authentication?
Create groups and then add users to them?
I'm in Higher Ed environment and I'm looking to maybe use ADManager instead of something like Microsoft Identity Manager to automate Group membership. Our DBA can retrieve courses and their students (including their sAMAccountName) from a SQL database (the Student Information System). Should I have those dumped to a csv and then with ADManager, would it be able to create them and then add the users to them? Then periodically, we'd need to remove students from them. Import Photo Automation - No users with missing photos report
Hi All I have been trying to setup the new photo import automation but I only want to import the missing photos daily and import all photos once over the weekend (to catch any updated photos). I would have thought that with the arrival of the photo import automation that the 'users with missing photos' report would be available to the automation? HOW TO Bind to dedicated IP address
Hi Team, I'm trying to configure ADManagerPlus, ADSelfServicePlus and PasswordManagerPro to use dedicated IP addresses and all use HTTPS/SSL. I appear to have successfully configured PMPro however the ADManager & ADSelfService refuse to cooperate. I've attempted to edit ..\conf\system_properties.conf and added the line bindaddress=<ipaddress> without success. Office 365
Hi I get the following error when trying to connect to Office 365. The term "Connect-MsolService' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again". All the Azure components have been installed on the server where ADManager Plus is running and I have run the "connect-msolservice" and entered the credentials. Can anyone assist please. Gary
CSV Import Issues - An empty header has been detected. Please remove the empty header and import again
Hello, I am trying to import a .CSV file to modify users. The first line in the file is the header line and the file is saved as .CSV with UTF-8 encoding. User Creation templates with Office 365
We are using dirsync to sync AD accounts with our Office 365 accounts. I've created a new template for user creation and added the Office 365 tab. I want to add proxy addresses to the AD account so that it will sync multiple alias addresses. I can't add the exchange option to do this without configuring an exchange management group. How can I add the proxy address or "Additional Email Address" option without exchange? Thanks

Scheduled report empty
We have a report that run every week to show accounts about to expire. This was working fine but now the schedule sends an email but contains no attachments. I have tried recreating the report but this still has no attachment. Any ideas why this would be?
Option to include an 'Are you sure'/'Whatif' screen for user templates.
We would like a screen that comes before template execution with a display of what is about to change or be created and have the technician verify that information before execution. This would cut down on typos, especially for user creation. This would be specific to technicians and not requesters, as that functionality exists in the form of requests.

bulk update employee ID
Is there a way to bulk update the "employeeID" attribute? I do not see any header that matches up with "employeeID" when I look at the "List of LDAP attributes suppored by ADMP". Thanks
