ADManager Google Chrome Display Issue
Hello, after upgrading to ADManager 6540, we are no longer able to use ADManager on Google Chrome. When we display the users and try to search for users, the webpage remains blank. The list of names flash and then disappear. We have tried to clear the cache, reset Google chrome, and even restart the ADManager server, but it has not resolved the issue. Currently, it only works in Internet Explorer. Please advise if there is something we can look at to resolve this. Thank you, Cyrus
User Creation Template - Logon Name - Prevent Duplicate feature not working as needed
I'm working on trying to import a bulk batch of users via CS using the Bulk Import custom Creation Template. As part of this I'm creating Logon names for these users. AD doesn't don't allow for any duplicate logon names so I'm getting errors on some of my user creation attempts. Our naming convention is a standard "lastname_firstinitial" so Tom Jones becomes "Jones_T" If there is already a Jones_T, Tom would then become Jones_To. Import Creation Rules
Is there a way we can import user creation rules? We have over 105 titles within our organization, currently we have an excel sheet that we use for imports, this creates all the rules of what memberof, sites , departments. I was shown how to create the user creation rules but working on this, creating 105 rules would take time and i was wondering if there was a way to a bulk import for such rules from a CSV or some sort to use rather than create each rule individually. Creating scheduled reports
I have setup 800 scheduled reports to email users a list of users in a certain security group to show who has access to the share they own. I have enabled 500 of these but then get an error Cannot enable! Maximum Scheduler count for this license reached! Upgrade HDT/Scheduler Package! We looked into this when purchasing and were told we could do the number of scheduled reports we required and cant see anything about the licencing about a limit. Has anyone else had this issue?

Force Templates for specific Helpdesk technicians / Requestestors
I am trying to set up requester roles but i would like the requestors to use a specific template. Along don't want the requestors to be able to change the template that we have made for them to use. You need to use the header "templateName" and specify its value in the subsequent lines. Move TS home folder
In the Delete/Disable policy, we need the option to move the TS home folder (instead of just delete) like we can with their standard home folder on the line above. Being a heavy Citrix shop, we don't assign a home folder. We only use the TS home folder and we need to restore that if we enable that user in the future.

Automation has been "running" for 3 days
Hello, I am having an issue with an automation I created. It has run multiple times in the past without any issues, but recently it started skipping days. I attempted to run it manually on 8/28/17 and it has not completed still. I have tried running it manually every morning since then and receive the attached message. Is there a way for me to stop the automation? It doesn't show up under "All Requests" in the workflow so I am confused on how to stop it..

We can send an email and/or SMS notifications to the concerned user(s), and if necessary, their managers and IT administrators when user's password is reset, by creating and using an appropriate notification profile in Admin settings. Click Admin tab. Under Custom Settings section in the left navigation pane, select Notification Profile. To create a notification profile, click on the Create New Profile button on the top right. Enter a suitable Profile name and Description in the space provided.

Hi, I was looking at the NTFS permissions reporting and would like to know if it's possible to search for groups such as "Everyone", "Authenticated Users" or "Domain Users"? The report I'm looking at is under AD Reports - NTFS Reports - Folders accessible by Accounts. In that report I can pick a group that I have created, but it doesn't seem to find anything when I use the known group names above.
G Suite setup
Sooo I think I followed the setup for the G Suite setup. I was able to get through all of the Google steps, but when I try to setup the ADManager Plus end, I am getting stuck. I cannot figure out what to use as the User Name. I figure it is the name before the @ in the Service Account EMail. I have tried it with spaces instead if dashes. and every variation I can think of. Any help is appreciated.

How we can change the length of the field department in ADMP?

SamAccount field for Shared Mailboxes Creations
It looks like the Shared Mailbox Creation template by default pulls information from what is put initially in the Display Name field in the template. This probably shouldn't be setup like this since for us we tend to put spaces for our mailbox Display Name. This in turn conflicts with the smtp and alias fields as it attempts to auto populate them from what's entered from the Display Name field. Those fields don't allow spaces in exchange.
