How to extract first and last technician assigned to a work order? MSSQL query
Hi, I am trying to write a SQL query to provide that information. Here I can see some data inconsistency between tables workorder, workorderhistory, workorderstates, wo_assessment and wo_tech_info. Probably I am not aware of how the system works. Any help will be appreciated. Regards Nelson
SSO with Samange not always linking to the correct accounts?
We have a few users when they log into Samange using the ADManager Plus SSO they will be logged in with a different user. We cannot seem to figure out why. If they log out then back in it may authenticate correctly, but other times they will just be logged in as another different user

I would like to request that the ADManager + application add the functionality to track the use of Windows pre-2000 usernames and UPN names to be used to check for uniqueness against in order to prevent the re-use of usernames beyond what is actively held in A/D. Currently uniqueness is checked only for any existing accounts in Active Directory, but this does not prevent the reuse of those accounts once they are deleted from Active Directory.

Automation workflows not viewable by other technicians
We created a bunch of automation tasks while logged in as the Admin account. Now when we login as an Active Directory account we don't see the automation tasks. We have made the users Super Admins and we still don't see the tasks. Are there any procedures to be able to have all of the technicians view/change automation tasks for each other? Thanks -Drew

Disable all users in a specific OU
I'd like to automate some procedures with all users into a specific OU. When a employee is fired, we have to do (in ADManager): 1) We disable the user. 2) We move a user to a OU called "Disabled Users". 3) Remove all groups the user is member of. I think a specific automation: The techician manually moves the user to the OU "Disabled Users". The Automation runs disabling the user and removing all groups. Anyone can help me with this. (Sorry my english).

Is there a built-in "enable" process to match the "disable" process?
There is a defined disable/delete policy to move/delete home folder, hide email address in the GAL, etc. After I run that process against a user to disable them and a week later their manager says "we hired them back" or "they actually just converted from contractor to employee and never should have been disabled", is there a process I can allow a technician to run to undo everything from the disable process (assuming I didn't delete anything)?
How do I get ADManager to start up automatically after server reboot?
I have ADManager Plus 6.5 and every time the server reboots, I have to log in to start it. I've tried creating a scheduled task to run at startup but it does not work.
