Can scheduled reports be customized?
I wish to create a schedule for Exchange Reports, mailbox enabled users, that allows me to customize it, the same way I customize running a report? I do not want to include some OU’s.

How may I run a report that shows 90 days inactive computers and shows the last login?
Reports not running
Hi, We currently have ADManager Plus version 6.5.5 (build 655) running on a Windows Server 2012 R2 standard machine. Users have currently complained that reports no longer work. When the user goes in to run a report, they click generate and nothing happens. There is no error message at all. It just doesn't respond. We have tried using both Internet Explorer and Chrome, and both give the same results. We have tried accessing it both remotely and locally from the server it is hosted on. Any advice
Port Issues
No matter what I do with my firewall (even turn them off) they say I need port 88 and 389 open. But not on all of my member servers. Anyone else have this issue?
Group & OU Creation
Is there a way to create a template that will create both an OUs and associated Groups at the same time, or a way to "tie" both templates together so that they execute at the same time?

All our schedule reports disappeared
For some reason, all of our scheduled reports have disappeared? Any thoughts or suggestions? we are using v6.6.2
Clickatell message integration
We have Clickatell set up. We have users with their Cell Phone numbers in AD. Is there a way to set up a group in AD and use the clickatell integration to message them? We are looking for an easy way to message our security counsel when there is a all clear or bogus alert. I know that this isn't the designed use for AD Manager Plus. It does have the ability to send notifications via SMS. It has all of the groups and cell phone numbers so it has the necessary components, except maybe the interface?

Dynamic Distribution Group and Shared Mailbox on Office 365
Hi, is it possible to create and administer Dynamic Distribution Groups and Shared Mailboxes on Office 365 through ADManager Plus? Currently we do the Shared mailboxes in AD and sync them to 365 as we need our mail security to see a local address. We also do regular Distribution lists locally as well. Set Site field according with email address
Hi, I try to automate to set the site field according to email suffix address and was wondering if get some advice how to do it. E.g. receive request the form mlo@dukesacademy.org.uk the site field will be filling it up with Dukes, if the requester uses the address mlo@oakspark.redbridge.sch.uk it filled it up with Oaks Park. I already created this sites and tried to use forms rules to achieve it but is not working.
Copied User Creation Templates are not available to Help Desk
I copied some of the user creation templates and disabled the Exchange email creation and saved them with a new name but the copies are not showing up in the available template list for the Help Desk team. Is there an option to determine which templates they can use? Thanks, Keith
Problem when copying User Templates
Greetings, We recently discovered that if you have Creation Rule in User Creation Template that sets Domain Users group to a said user, it actually tries to add that Domain Users group where you copied the template. For example I have template in domain1 and I want to use that same template in domain2 and modify it as necessary. Hi there, I am trying to create a scheduled report with a custom powershell command. We have a journal mailbox and I want a scheduled report of mailbox statistics of the journal mailbox. Basically, I am trying to do journal mailbox monitoring. We will be interested in the number of items in particular folders of the journal mailbox. I can get the powershell commands to get the results. But, is it possible to generate it via ADManager? Thanks in advance.
Remove Office 365 license in user modification template
I have a user termination template but I would like to be able to have it remove the user's Office 365 e3 license as well. I can't seem to find a way to do this other than using psremoting to my 365 tenant in a custom script. I can add licenses during creation, i should be able to remove them during termination. Is there an easy way to do this?
User Template Creation Rules
In AD Manager I'd like to see more condition variables added to the creation templates rules like "contains", "does not contain", "starts with", "ends with", etc.. Some of these are available with certain rule fields but not with all of them. The rules would be more flexible if more condition variables were available with all of the fields.

Notifications - tasks in templates
I was looking at the notification profile section in AD Manager. I noticed that you can set the notification to alerts you to specific action tasks events. I wanted to be alerted when specific techs perform account attribute action tasks like enabling and disabling user accounts. However if a task is bundled within a modification template then it doesn't work because the event is only logged under the "modify single user" action task. User Home Folder: DFS supported?
Hi there I'm currently configure my first user creation template and trying to figure out how I can configure the homefolder when we use DFS. For example: It should connect to \\mycompany.com\dfspath\userhome\%username% as home folder and create a new share, But when I set that, it takes mycompany.com as server name. Can I change that? Issue with saving "Delete/Disable Policy"
Hi, I am use ADManager Plus, version 6.6.2 When I edit "Disable Policy" for existing doamin in section "Delete/Disable Poiicy" (set the checkbox "Run Custom Script" and write the script name in textbox "Script Command"), I click on the "Save" button and get error message "Error occured when saving policy". You can see exception in log file.
User modification template
Hello, I have few concerns about User modification templates. I have a need that I only need to set said user to disabled, remove all groups and run a custom script. In the User modification template logonnames and full name are mandatory, if I understood correctly. Does the template modify these attributes? Hello, My organization is currently testing Bamboo HR (http://www.bamboohr.com/api/documentation/) and i wanted to know if ADManager Plus had any integration / open API's which could be used to link both systems together. Custom scripts executed twice
Since the upgrade to build 6613, all my custom scripts in user's modification templates are executed twice so for most of our scripts this cause incorrect results. Fortunately each of our scripts generate a log file on the server of the actions executed as additional information. I have all that confirmed by looking at the processes in task manager on the server and i can see both execution sequencially. is there a quick fix while waiting for the next update ?

E-mail field in user creation template
Hello, I add new user creation template and add e-mail field from "general" tab. Default field type for e-mail is "Logon name". Can I change field type to "single line"? I try to add new custom attribute with e-mail but in this case I can't enable duplicate check. Regards, Anton

Creation Rules not working after 6613 update
Hello, After the 6613 update when I try to create Creation Rule for User Creation Template the text field in conditions disappears. So when I select, for example Condition: Title -> Contains. After that i can't write what the title should contain. Same problem appears in Assign Values section. When I select for example Member of, there is no text field after the "to" field. Bulk Import Tool
Can you please provide some assistance on how the Bulk .csv tool works? It would seem by default our configuration needs certain mandatory fields to be included . Like "department" however we have a template setup for permanent staff as well as contractor (temp) staff. These temp staff do not belong to any department. Is their a way around this? Cheers Paul

I'm looking for guidance as to how to allow the delegated "helpdesk" role in ADManager to be able to create AD user accounts with a specific Global Security Group membership. custom powershell script not creating folder
Hi, I'm using a custom powershell script to create home folders for new users. we have a lot of OUs and different shares for home drives so i'm using powershell to get the right share based on where the AD user is located. That is working fine but when i get the script tries to run New-Item $HomeDir -type directory -Force nothing is created. I've tried running the script manually from both the server and my laptop and it does create the folder, its just not working when i try to run it as a custom
Remove extra space in Naming fields
We would like to see the capability to have the First Name, Initial and Last Name fields in the AD Manager templates to be able to auto trim white space at the end of those fields. This option is available in the Naming formats but this would be helpful to have that option in other fields as well.
