Hi, I have created a user object with a mailbox in O365 - so the O365 box is ticked. I have also tried to create the SfB account at the same time (Our SfB environment is on-prem and not cloud based) but it fails with the following error: Error while enabling Lync services for the user The term 'Enable-CsUser' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
Persistent connection to SfB
We have templates that automatically create Skype for Business accounts. Every now and then the account creation errors for the SfB part and we have to create the persisten connection again. Does anyone have any idea how to prevent this from happening? Thanks, Andy

Issue adding Technician
When adding a new technician I can click the plus sign at top right to enter the selection window on my desktop. The correct domain is highlighted but when click add users/groups the window doesn't appear to allow me to select users / groups. Oddly if logon to the ADP server and access console via IE there, it works fine. I'm assuming there will be some gpo issue pertaining to my desktop that is not afftecting the server when logon there. Anyone seen this ? thanks
Locked user counts don't match
I'm running a trial copy of ADManager Plus and decided to check the locked users against a domain controller using PowerShell (search-adaccount -lockedout). At first the lists were completely different so clearly there has not been an AD sync in hours. I forced a sync and compared again and the lists were close but still not the same. There are a few locked users I see in PowerShell (and I verified in ADUC) that ADManager Plus does not find.

Hi, How could I send an email to the Technician on a user creation action? That's possible for the Admin using the %Admin% macro, but the %Technician% macro just give the the user account and not the email address. Thank you.

Domain name AD different then e-mail domain name
In ADManager Plus only the domain name of the AD domain is listed when adding an e-mail adress. Is there a possibility to add some extra names to this list without any connections to these domains?

In the current version it is possible to backup/move a "home folder" but i also need to backup/move the old user profile (fat clients) and user profile (citrix tsprofile). User creation template creation rules no longer work
We use creation rules to fill out a bunch of areas (phone number and address) when creating a new user. I'm not sure after which upgrade this happened but it no longer works while it worked ok before. Nothing happens when the rule should be triggered (when the Office field has certain content). I know we can add our own "weak" passwords to the password patterns txt file. My question is, how does ManageEngine keep that original list provided updated with the changing world and how do those updates get delivered to people using the weak password tool?
