Computers not logged in for 90 days
We have AD Audit Plus. We are trying to create a report so that we can see machines that have not been logged into for the last 90 days or more. We don't care WHO logged in, we want to see IF it was logged in by anyone. Thanks for any guidance or ideas!

ADManager Plus and ADSelfservice Plus Integration
Is there a way to create a user template in ADManager Plus that will have fields to Register the moble number and email address for ADSelfservice Plus? I don't want the mobile number to go into the contacts. I only want it for Selfservice registration. The email would also not be their primary email it would also be for registration.
Add a users AD "description" field to the unlock user portion of AD Manager
When I pull up a user under unlock users, there's "fullname, First name, Logon name,expiry, status and last logon. I would like to add the users AD "description field" to this list. Is there any way to do that?
Automation History
Is it possible to archive or delete old automation history's? I have several automations that have been running every 15 minutes for the last couple of years when I try to run execution history I get 'fetching automation history' but nothing is returned. I have left the request running for 30 minutes or so before giving up. Regards, Simon
Conditions of user modification rules
In the conditions of the user modification rules, I can not use custom attributes? Why? This is available to create a new user, but is not available for user modifying.
Passwords now displaying as *****
I was told that due to GDPR passwords are now being displayed as *****. I was also informed that a patch would be available to amend this. Is this the case?

Assigning O365 license - possible bug
When we go into ADManger Plus and O365 Manager Plus and try to assign licenses to recently created user accounts (more than 24 hours old) they do not show up in the user list. If we go into our Microsoft portal and manually add the license the user shows up in the list immediately. Has anyone else seen this?
ADManage plus setup
Hi all, when setting up ADmanager plus in Domain Settings, and I edit domain settings, can I use a generic user account for authentication or do i need to set up an anonymous account that has domain admin settings, OR does Admanager just take the AD credentials of the logged in technician, when they choose to edit/create/delete users? thnaks Chris
Update Template using CSV with Alternate ID

%name% not working in "Change Single User"
Any reason why using %name% in notification templates do not work when I am modifying a user? I would like the manager to get a email notification when a change is made to their employee's profile. Create new single user templates work just fine. Thanks!
Where can I see Long-Running Automation Task Running
There was a log file in the manageengine logs directory called ADMangLog_2018-08-03.txt but then I upgraded to the latest build and now nothing is written to it. So now, not only does the interface not show me a task that is still executing, I don't even have a log file that I can reference. So I have a task that is running, but can't tell if it is running or how far a long it is unless I click "Run Now" again and I am told it is still executing. Any insights or log files would be great.
Automation Policy with Regenerated Report
I am trying to setup an automation policy for De-provisioning users using a regenerated report. It is a basic policy that disables users in a specific OU and deletes them at a later date. The policy runs on a report of all users in that specific OU. The issue I am running into is that the delete happens on all users in the initial report even if I move them out of that OU before the delete happens. My understanding is that the regenerated report run at the time of the delete should not include users
Missing some security events
ADManager is missing some security events like created users, disabled users. I think it's because active directory doesn't have those events activated. How do I actívate those events?
CSV export
I need to export selected AD user fields to CSV like the CSV import. Is there an Export option available for users? Where can I find it?
AD Bulk Import
I'm currently using the free version of ADManager (6.6.3), when I attempt to bulk import users I get this error: Could not update more than 100 objects. License level exceeded. I've tried importing 5 users but still get the error. This was working fine prior to it reverting to the free version and a co-worker with a separate instance (free v6.5) it works fine using the same file I'm trying to use. Any thoughts? I tried rebooting the workstation where ADManager is installed and deleting and re-adding

Enable-CsUser error
We have a template process that creates the AD user object and O365 mailbox fine. It then creates the Skype account BUT this is on-premise, not in the cloud. The issue we sometimes run into is that we encounter the attached error. Basically this means that the Skype account wasn’t created. AD Manager Plus Slowness in processing information
It seems there is a lag every time you add a line of information when you are creating new users in AD Manager plus. For example, when creating a new user, you put in the first name and have to wait 5 or so seconds before you are allowed to type in the last name. Then you have to wait after you type in the last name etc. Is this normal? Anyone know of a way to speed the system up?

Add AND Remove Users from Groups based on fields
I have a automation setup to add people to a security / distribution group based on their department. However when their department changes it adds them to the new departments security group and leaves them in the old. Is there a way to have it remove them from the old as well?
Migrating from MS SQL to MS SQL
Does anyone know how to point Exchange Reporter, AD SelfService, AD Manager, AD Audit to a new SQL server after the initial migration has already been done? We are migrating to a new SQL server and all of our programs are running on SQL (not PostGRE). I can easily back them up and restore them to the new SQL server, but I can't figure out how to point the programs to the new SQL server. I tried the changeDB.bat, but it doesn't work since the "DB already exists".

We're changing our naming convention for a large group of our AD users (in various OUs). I've got a CSV list of all the new desired Usernames. Creating a shared mailbox on 365
Hello, We have a Hybrid deployment of office 365 synced with an on-premises deployment of exchange 2016. I've been working on the Shared Mailbox Creation Templates and whilst I can have the shared mailbox create on the on-premises exchange server, I cannot get it to create on 365. I'm obligated on the template to have "mailbox store" as a mandatory option, but it only lists the on-premises server. I'm running build number 6582 Thanks!
How does ADManager Plus use same database during failover?
Can you please explain how ADManager Plus can use the same database in the event of the primary server going offline? I don't see where this is configured during HA setup. By setting up HA, is there something in the background that keeps the two servers databases in sync?

SMTP Addresses being removed
Hi, When we modify an existing AD user all of the SMTP addresses are removed. Has anyone seen this before? I'm sure its something in the template i'm using as the built in templates aren't removing the addresses. I'm getting an error message "Error in setting auto reply, Could not connect to the Exchange Server." i can't see anything obvious in the log files.
