How do I create a mailbox using ADManager for a user who has already been created
I have to add mailboxes to already created user accounts. How can I accomplish this? When I try using the object itself, there are no options for the email. When I try using a change template, the drop-downs for server and database will not open. Any thoughts? Thanks, Adam

I have the user creation template configure to create a Lync account using the default naming format for the SIP address: "sip:"%mail% I get the following error when creating a new user: Error while enabling Lync services for the user - System.Management.Automation.RemoteException: Cannot bind parameter 'SipAddress' to the target. ADManager Plus favicon not displaying
I wanted to update the favicon for my AD Manager environment, but before doing so I noticed the current favicon is not even displaying. It shows up with the default blank page icon. I see what looks to be the intended favicon named E:\ManageEngine\ADManager Plus\webapps\adsm\images\adap_favicon.ico, but it is not displaying in the browser.

Modify Single Group update bug ??
Cant find recently created groups in the modify single Group list. when i do a "Search AD objects" in the upper right corner then de groups are listed. even tried the refresh option in the header this not resolves the missing items. Hey there, i want to use the Manager to add local Admins on all Clients of the Domain, if i use the the local User Manager and click in "create users" i get this error. but if i use now the "get local users" button i see the user i wanted to create in the list and if i use the net user command on the client i see that he created the user as a gast does anyone know wheres the problem ? i run the tool on the DC so there should be no problem with the permissions.
Problem new dirsynced users being created in office 365
Hi, I have a problem where a user is created using a template and dirsynced on creation. The problem I have is that the user is then created as "in cloud" rather than synced with the local active directory. This then creates synchronization issues when the dirsync actually activates. User Reports
Hi, Just a quick question. When I do a report on ALL users it doesn't include the member of so I know which AD groups they are in. If a do the report for All users in more than 1 group it gives me this, but misses users out with just domain users. Is there a workaround or report that will give me all our users and the groups they are in ? A
AD Sync Time
Hi, We have had issues where accounts are in the Domain but don't show up in ADManager Plus. Is there a delay in how long new domain accounts will show up in ADmanager? I was of the understanding it was real time.
Can browsers inhibit access?
I can only see security groups now whereas used to see distribution lists too. I have found that I see the modify user button in one browser and not in another so am wondering if something is blocking my view of DL's. Administration is not showing any changes were made to my access and all the changes they've tried since reported are not resolving. Any ideas?
Group import via csv and Groupname with special german characters
Hi there, right now we have some trouble to import groups when the groupname contains speciel characters like Ä, Ü or Ö. These are special german characters. "Move Remote Home Folders" moves the folder without any data
Using the "Move Remote Home Folders" feature has a scary glitch. I tested it on multiple test users, and it only move the top level folder to the new UNC path, and none of the data in the folder. I manually moved some folders to make sure it wasn't some strange server policy that was stripping the files from the folder. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

Bulk User Creation is poor at detecting empty rows or columns
I have HR users who submit CSV files for bulk user creation. More than 50% of the time, ADManager gives a verification error on a row or column that is blank. Also, the csv sometimes will not even upload because it claims "Empty Header Data" on a column that is blank. I think ADManager should be better at detecting blank rows and columns and automatically excluding them. Thanks, Daniel L.
Removing High Availability from
Good Afternoon, I receive an error, when I try to remove the HA config on the primary server. It is stating that I need to remove the configuration from the secondary server. I am unable to load the secondary server's AD Manager, even when the primary server's service is down. I wanted to start from scratch on the high availability configuration, since we have been having issues with the HA and AD Manager. I can reinstall if needed, but I would rather not go down this path if possible. Thank
How to reset Built-In HelpDesk Account Password
We can't login with the built-in helpdesk account. The password fails and\or is wrong. When I login with the built-in admin account (successfully), I can't find any where that I can change that helpdesk password. Online help only talks about how to change the password while logged into the account, which we can't get logged in with. There must be a way while logged in with the admin account to be able to change the other built-in accounts password.

When I run a report of a user in ADManager under AD Reports - Office 365 called Unlicensed Users - this reports shows me all the unlicensed users as well as any shared mailboxes. I'm assuming this is because shared mailboxes do not consume a license. O365 management error "Please select at least one license"
Hello, ADManager Build 6500 I'm not sure how to use the O365 Management feature. I have an O365 account setup in ADManager, and it accepts/tests fine. I also have the Azure AD Windows Powershell module installed on the server. Can't view ADM in browser after moving to new server
I've followed the instructions on moving my installation of ADManager Plus (latest version) to a new server. It is working as normal on that server, but I can't connect from a browser on my local network outside of that server. I've also installed the ADMP service and verified that it's running. Any ideas as to why I can't view it?
Why does updating using a CSV file only show 100 rows?
I am updating multiple users with multiple groups. In my CSV file I have headers for sAMAccountName and memberOf. There are 211 lines in the spreadsheet being updated, but when I run the import this only shows 100 lines. Is this maxing out at 100 or is it updating all of the users? Unable to add new Help Desk Technician in AD Delegation.
When trying to add a new technician, and I choose the 'Select AD User', the user I'm looking for doesn't show up. This user is in the same security groups as others but I can't find her. Also when you try to filter by groups, all the groups are listed but the 'Get users' button retrieves a 'No Matching Object(s) Found.' message. I've had very little experience with this AD Manager console but know how to use AD. I must be missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
ManageEngine ADManager Plus service won't start after upgrade
Hello. We upgraded our server yesterday from 6.3.5.0 to 6.3.8.0, and everything seemed fine. However, this morning we came in and couldn't get to the webpage. Hi All, I have been running ADManager Plus for a while now and been using HTTP to connect. I enabled HTTPS couple days ago and now I cannot access the tool. I get " This page can't be displayed" message. It did work right after I enabled HTTPS. Now the service does not start and netstat does not show port 8443. Thanks

Powershell debugging
Anyone know how to get debug information when running custom script? I have a script to run when a user is disabled that, if they manage and other users, re-assigned those users to the manager of the now disabled user, and then sends the new mamager an email.
