Automation workflows not viewable by other technicians
We created a bunch of automation tasks while logged in as the Admin account. Now when we login as an Active Directory account we don't see the automation tasks. We have made the users Super Admins and we still don't see the tasks. Are there any procedures to be able to have all of the technicians view/change automation tasks for each other? Thanks -Drew

I'm needing to pull Mail Enabled Groups reports. I'm having to do a lot of re-work on these reports with comparing to exchange report to determine weather this is a security group or a dynamic group. I tried created a custom attribute but it doesn't show anything when I ran the mail enable groups report. Please help.

Hello, ADManager Build 6500 I'm not sure how to use the O365 Management feature. I have an O365 account setup in ADManager, and it accepts/tests fine. I also have the Azure AD Windows Powershell module installed on the server. When I go into AD Mgmt > Office 365 Management > Assign / Remove Licenses, I see the 3,700 users in O365 and their licenses. However, I don't appear to have any options or features to do anything with them. If I select someone from the list and try remove license or something,
Can't view ADM in browser after moving to new server
I've followed the instructions on moving my installation of ADManager Plus (latest version) to a new server. It is working as normal on that server, but I can't connect from a browser on my local network outside of that server. I've also installed the ADMP service and verified that it's running. Any ideas as to why I can't view it?
Why does updating using a CSV file only show 100 rows?
I am updating multiple users with multiple groups. In my CSV file I have headers for sAMAccountName and memberOf. There are 211 lines in the spreadsheet being updated, but when I run the import this only shows 100 lines. Is this maxing out at 100 or is it updating all of the users? searching for a computer object using the builtin "Search AD objects" Searchbox on AD Manager Plus extremely slow. at the moment, it takes approximately 30 seconds to return with a result when a similar search within the ADUC comes back within 1 second or less. are there any changes that i need to make to speed up the retrieval time? Hide System Template from Requesters view
Hi I have built a new template for our requesters to complete, however, when they go to Request a new user, they are displayed with the System Template by default and have to change to another template manually. Is there a way to hide the system template from the end user. I have already set the template i want as default and this appears under AD Mgmt > Single User Creation, but not under Workflow. Hi there, We have installed ADManager Plus on Win server 2008 R2 and we would like to use a Managed Service Account to run the Service. We have installed the account and the service does start and runs without error using the MSA but we noticed the dashboard modules do not load when running the service with this account. What permission do we need to assign to the MSA so that it can run the service and load all of the modules? Thanks!

ADMP Report export to csv html and xlst fails
We ran an NTFS Permissions report for a large file server. The report took four hours to run and completed successfully with 122 AD permission groups in the report. When we try to export to csv, html, or xlst (we tried all three types), the export runs for about an hour then we receive a server connection error, which stops the process. We tried extending the timeout on ADMP, but the export still fails. All previous exports had no problems.
