ADManager Mail settings for Exchange 2007
I have tried several different combinations for the mail server settings and I can't seem to get it working unless I enable anonymous on the receive connector, which I don't want to do. Tried using username, domainuame, username@domainname ssl/tls enabled and disabled on all combination. Any ideas? Thanks!

inactive users for shared mailboxes
Hello I was trying to clean some shared mailboxes, where the endusers has full rights and send as rights. so they never really login as the shared mailbox. Can ad manager do this? I know that in the Exchange MMC with exchange attributes shows when someone logs in.

Right now, I have my users, in admanager, emulating the administrator account so that each time that they create/delete/change users and objects, it shows up on my adaudit reports as the administrator account is making these changes. Is there a way to have these programs talk together so I know eactly which users are making these changes instead of having it link to the administrator account?

I use ManageEngine to manage my domain controller and mail server. But mail server not detected.. I get warning message like this: "The server is not opertional" This message appears when i try to enter mail server to list of domain controller. Mail server is also serve as domain controller. Archiving users Profile and Home folder
Is it possilbe to move and archive users profile and possibly home folder as well as Mail box when you are getting ready to delete the account. This way before the account is deleted all of users information have been archived. Thanks.

Under the "Folders Accessbile by Accounts" reports option, When I select the file share it doesn't show me any subfolders there. Which account makes modifications?
We want all changes in AD Manager to be logged as that user, not a generic service account. Example: UserA logs into Admanager with his Domain credentials. Upon login, UserA makes a change to Active Directory. When reviewing logs on the affected Servers, we want the change to have been made by UserA, not a generic domain service account with Domain Admin priveledges. Is this possible? What does the, 'impersonate as admin' option actually do, or not do if unchecked. Thanks, Mike
CSV Bulk Group Creation - How to set `managed by' in bulk
Am using Bulk Group creation to make about 100 groups but can't see any way to populate the `managed by' field in AD from the CSV upload. I tried putting a column in the CSV called Manager and then put the full DN of the manager in there but ADManager just ignores it. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Hello, We would like to use a central MySQL database server. How can we configure ADManager to use a MySQL database on another server? We found some settings in database_params.conf and made the changes accordingly, but when starting ADManager it says "Unable to start MySQL server on port 3306. Please free the port." I am testing out this product and I love it by the way. I do have one question though. I am wanting to know if this is possible, I am trying to generate a report of my ad/exchange users that have something in their mail forwarding tab, that way I know what users have their mail being forwarded to another account. NTFS Reports
I am working on doing some reports for our file server shares which include the share permissions and the NTFS permissions under them. Is there a way to choose how many subdirectories down to recurse? For example our users have home folders under \\servername\home\username. Is there a way to view just the permissions for all of the username folders and nothing underneath them in one report or would I have to do a report on each users home folder seperately? Thanks

Users are getting access denied to log onto terminal server
After users are updating their contact information and then trying to log on a citrix server they are getting access denied. In AD the check box is checked under the "terminal services profile" the box is checked "Deny this users permissions to log on to any Terminal Server" Any ideas why this is happening?
