I'm needing to pull Mail Enabled Groups reports. I'm having to do a lot of re-work on these reports with comparing to exchange report to determine weather this is a security group or a dynamic group. I tried created a custom attribute but it doesn't show anything when I ran the mail enable groups report. Please help.

Hi All, I wonder if anyone else has found a way to set a users out of office via ADManager? I have a leaver process so when users leave the company I have a template in ADManager which handles everything for us. Password last set on domain computers
Hello everyone, I just pulled a report where i am trying to find what computers i have yet to set software distribution too. So i put up the table "password last set" on computers. I'm trying to figure out the meaning of it though. It would greatly help me to sort out computers that aren't active any more. Is it when a successfull password entry was last made on the domain computer by a user?
Missing Groups in Office365 GAL
Hi, I was very happy to see this feature and be able to hide someone from the Global adress list in Office365. However, it works for all users but the list does not show up groups that got an email address. For example, when you do create a group in Office365, the group got an email address automatically. These groups are part of the GAL actually. Unfortunately, Admanager only retrieve users from the GAL. Is it possible to get ALL members of the GAL in order to hide groups from it? Thanks for you

Auto delete disabled users after 30 days
Hi. We are updating our terminated users policy. We have a on-prem ad synced with Azure AD and Office365. Currently it works like this: HR sends a request by Zendesk to IT who disables the terminated user using the Disable User function. We´d like the AD account to be deleted after 30 days, as a disabled account still receives emails in office 365. Custom Script Issue With Disable Policy in AD Manager Plus
Hello. I upgraded from ADManager Plus 32 bit to 64 bit and the problem I was having with the Disable Policy not passing Arg1 into the Powershell has returned. For some reason the Disable Policy script is not passing the %USERNAME% as a variable into the powershell script. Is there a way to block Swedish letters when creating an user account with a template?
I'm using templates in AD Manager Plus to create user accounts and we are using "UMLAUT" to replace Swedish letters from UPN, E-mails and other attributes. (Marked with red lines, see picture.) But the First and Last name will keep the Swedish letter. (å, ä and ö) Is there a way to block these letters already in the First and Last name attribute instead of having "UMLAUT" on naming rules on UPN and E-mail attributes? Add more contact field options for G Suite integration
We have users being created and suspended fine, but there's still a few things that could be added to allow us to stop use of GADS. Right now, contact details like phone numbers, addresses, and so on are not passed to g suite on user creation. It seems like the only things that are set are the full name, email address, password, and any OU or groups you've selected for the user. I'd like to see, in the least, anything that could be considered "contact card" details also passed to the G Suite contact

Automation - User Creation determine template via field in csv
I am automating our User creation process. I have several templates for various types of users. What I would like to do is only have one CSV file and based on the Title attribute assign a particular user creation template. Currently I have 1 csv and automation job for each user type. This allows easier human error when a user gets placed in the wrong CSV. Any thoughts on how to do this within the ADManager Automation? Regards,
Report Question/Issue
I am running a Group Members report with several groups selected. If I export the results as PDF or XLSX, reports are usable. If I choose to export as CSV, I have no way of knowing which of the groups in my selection criteria I ran the report on the user belongs to unless I look through the Member Of field. I didn't see an option to change this. Am I missing something?

User Creation Templates - DisplayNamePrintable
Hi When we create a user from a template in ADManager whos name consist of the Danish letters æ,ø or å we get an error in Exchange 2013 On Premise: We have found the cause to be that the attribute: DisplayNamePrintable is set: This happens only when we use ADManager. Simple Display Name in user reports
Hi, As I understand it the ADMP attribute Simple Display Name is mapped to the LDAP attribute displayNamePrintable. I am unable to get Simple Display Name in the User reports. It is not present in the 'Add/Remove columns'. There is the Display Name attribute in the add/remove columns but that maps to another LDAP attribute. Moving bulk users from CVS to different OU

Upgraded from 32 bit to 64 bit. Lost everything. Please advise.
I followed the instructions in this forum on upgrading ADManager Plus from 32 bit to 64 bit. I was able to get the 64 bit version installed. However, I have lost everything that I built in the 32 bit version. All templates, automations, webapp settings, and the service no longer will install or uninstall. We are down and no longer able to use ADManager Plus until this is resolved. Please advise. Thank you. James Rigoulot
New User Created with Legacy Mailbox
Hello. I recently had a user that was created with a legacy mailbox. This is not a problem that I have seen before. I checked the Exchange2007Logs.txt and found that for the user in question I received the following error message: Powershell result :The operation couldn't be performed because object 'Users LDAP Path' couldn't be found on 'My Domain Controller'. I reviewed a few other new user mailbox creation requests and did not have this issue. I was wondering if there was a way to diagnose if

I believe that the LDAP attribute displayNamePrintable is mapped to Simple Display Name in ADMP. How do I get a user report with this field? It does not appear in the Add/Remove Columns. Thanks, Amit
Default user auto login
Hi Guys, My colleague who has installed ADmanager plus has recently left the workplace. When I try to access the system from any computer on the domain - It types in the default "Admin" username and password. This means any user who knows about the system existence may open it and edit my AD. How do I block the system from typing in the default admin? Thanks
Strange Issue
Hi, We have a strange issue whereby when you review a user and click their Account Tab the password appears with the password ************* but the retype password blank. This means you can't proceed without either exiting (It errors if you click away) or changing their password ! I've not not had to amend users but all we have done recently is deploy a fresh install on a new server.....there are no other problems. Any ideas ? A

Hello I would like to know if you have any documentation or recommended security protocols for the hardening of the host server that has AD Manager Plus installed. This relates specifically to the Windows hardening, as well as the actual AD Manager application. At the moment, I have SSL enabled for the web aspect, but I want to know more specifically around access the server application itself. No groups are displayed for some users
When viewing a user's group membership, none of the groups show. This issue isn't with every user, but in about 6 so far. I have attached an example that illustrates issue: Screenshot 1 shows no groups for this user in AD Manager Screenshot 2 is the actual group membership of this user, using ADUC who belongs to more than 10 security/dist. lists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello We are using the AD attribute "Division" as a mandatory attribute in all our User/Employee Creation. We have several divisions, and under each division are several departments. When creating an employee, we have to manually type which division the user belongs to. This sometimes results in mistyping. Is it possible to make a drop-down list from "Custom LDAP Attributes"? Another sub-question: It would also be nice if Departments could be sorted under Divisions... :) Regards, Annfinn
Setting the default mail settings
I am having trouble configuring the outgoing mail server. I have installed other ManageEngine products with no issues using my network Exchange server. At the moment I have the mail outgoing server set to FQDN, port 25, anonymous access. When I test it fails with the error of Sending Failed Click here to troubleshoot Any suggestions?? Thanks!
