Schedule Reports not running
After upgrading to build 5010 any scheduled reports, previously created or new, are no longer running. The Last Schedule Status column displays 'Error during previous' run. I have tried looking through the logs to figure out what is causing the error but have not had any luck. I have also attempted to rebuild one of the scheduled reports from scratch to see if that makes a difference however it did not. Please provide guidance on where to look for possible error codes/reasons for the failures.
ADAudit for multiple domain forests
OK, I could have sworn I posted this question last night but I don't see my original post anywhere. So please excuse me if I inadvertantly double-posted this topic. I have two domain forests, 'Domain A' and 'Domain B'. There are currently no domain trusts between the two and a firewall divides the two. Default Domain Controllers Policy/Modified GPO
Hey guys/gals....newbie to ADAudit Plus. We are doing an evaluation of the product (been installed about 10 days) and this morning received an alert that the "Default Domain Controllers Policy" had been altered early in the morning but nobody was here to make any changes. To make things interesting, the "who changed" portion of the report doesn't show who made the change. Anybody else experience this before? MS SQL database on different server
I have been trying to figure out how we can move our MS SQL database for ADAudit Plus to a different server. I have found the steps for the Detach & Attach of the database within MS SQL which is straight forward. What I am wondering is if there is a command that has to be run for the ADAudit Plus application to tell it where the database exists after the move. I don't see anything in the UI that would allow me to change where the application points to the database. Thank you!

Suddenly getting Code 522 error
Starting last night, my file server and AD server are giving this error is ADAudit Plus: A required privilege is not held by the client - Error Code:522 Why would this suddenly change?
Supported SQL versions
Can someone please tell me what versions of MS SQL server are supported by ADAudit Plus. If it could be listed out in a way that shows the version of ADAudit Plus and the corresponding supported MS SQL version that would be ideal. If multiple versions of ADAudit Plus support more than one version of SQL please list that and vice versa. An example would be: ADAudit Plus 4.6.0 (Build4685) - MS SQL 2012 Thank you!!
Alerts ADAudit to Opmanager

Migrate AD Audit Plus to a new server

Date time locale in AD audit Plus
I am trying to configure date time locale on our AD Audit plus (admin/personalize) but it only gives me Greek formatting options. I changed the server's regional settings from Greek to English UK but still no luck. The server is Windows 2012 R2 64 bit and AD audit plus is version 4.6.0 build 4685. All dates in Ad audit plus appear in Greek. Any ideas?
Issue with exports
When exporting to csv ADAudit appears to add additional content to the reports. Why exporting to say Excel, lines 1-5 are fine but when exporting to csv (raw if you will), I don't need this extra data. If this is not possible, is there a way of accessing the database so I can drag the raw data myself without the additional lines? File Integrity Monitoring not collecting data on DCs
I followed the instructions to setup file integrity reports on the domain controllers in the environment. I also manually added the audit permissions to one of the DC's Windows folders, to see if making modifications there causes any logs to populate, no luck so far. UpdateManager.bat on Version 5000 fails to run
I want to update from 5000 to 5010 but when I try and upgrade it just asks me to backup sql and then just comes back to command line. The Upgrade manager never comes up. ADAudit Plus Process tracking report is not working. Auditing of Process is enabled in the domain and able to see events 4688 and 4689 in the server event log. But nothing showing up in AD AuditPlus process tracking report. Please advise.

Hello. I have a strange problem in the new interface. I installed the trial version of the program Product Version 5.0.0 Build No 5000 I did the audit of two local domain. The user administrator on the home page, on the right side, an error warning in two domains. However, if you logged in as a different user, local or domain user with administrator privileges. Messages will not be displayed. If you switch to the old interface messages will be displayed. I have no idea how to solve this problem.
ADAudit management page is inaccessible
I've created a ticket but the waiting seems to be taken forever (which makes me frustrated), and my server is still down, so I hope I can get some help here. Currently my ADAudit management site is not accessible for both HTTP and HTTPS. For HTTP, it keeps adding /home.do to the end of the url, and it says access is forbidden. Problem when exporting reports to PDF
When exporting an AD report to a PDF, some of the fields are getting cut off so all of the information is not displayed. This does not happen when exporting to other formats, only PDF. Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?
CPU Utilization Extremely High
CPU utilization is at 100% majority of the time. AD Audit seems to be at a standstill - takes forever to bring up the login page and not even updating the reports. Running 4 Procs and 8GB RAM

Domain different UPN

Folder rename action
I would like to rename the folder which contains a lot of files. Could you please provide details about info I will receive in the audited trail. Do I receive only info about the folder or I will get info about each file inside this folder? Thanks.
Alert: File Modified Warning - reporting wrong information
We have a profile based alert that notifies our team when more than 200 files are modified at one time. Lately we've been getting the notification with the wrong User identified in the message. Such as: Message: User 'wrong user name' Created file/folder '\\servername03\mainfile\facilities\telephone\pay phones'. Send Emails with High Priority Status?
We'd love it if we could have alert emails sent with "High Importance" status. We typically set our mobile devices to only notify us of "high importance" flagged emails, and some alert emails would fall into that category for us. Thanks.

I get this error on any users that with locked out accounts. I get no data on devices as well. A lot of our client are now devices like phones and apple ipads. I would like to track down devices by IP if I can't find them as windows machines.
