Change Request ID Prefix?
Hi there, I was wondering if it was possible to change the request IDs to include other alphanumeric characters, i.e. request 1234 would become ABC1234? I have seen a thread from about a year ago stating that this was not possible; I was wondering if this behaviour has since been changed, or if it is available to vote for on the roadmap, and what the feature ID might be for this? Issue after moving database to new SQL server
We had to upgrade and move our SQL server. During the move, no one knew what the Master Key password was, so after looking at another community post here, we dropped the Symmetric Key / Certificate and Master Key. We then created a new Key and got ServiceDesk back up and running. Everything appears to be working fine, but now, we are unable to get to the 'Backup Schedule' within the admin pane and the automated backups fail. Changing the Customer Account after Ticket Creation in MSP
Sometimes we redirect Mails via Outlook to the Ticketsystem because a customer sent ít to a wrong adress (e.g. to Sales instead of IT). If we do so, the Ticket is connected with our Company instead of the Customers. It would be very Helpful if we could change the Requester in a Ticket, regardless to the Account it is connected to.
