Problem with adding notification "Log a Ticket" on 10400 release
Hi, When trying to add a notification "Log a Ticket" error message "Please configure the Mail server settings before adding Email/SMS profiles" Integration with SDP MSP configured via SDPMSPConfig.xml and works. Mail server is configured and a test email is coming. Please help to fix this problem.

Hello, we have 4 Cisco UCS-C220 servers, we have configured the SNMP. In the opmanager, we have created a Device Templace, called Cisco UCS-C220 and we use the button "Query Device" to get the oid´s of this server and we receive this: "SysOID:.1.3.6.1.4.1.cisco.ciscoProducts.1682 ". Also we upload the MIB of cisco: "CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-MIB " and others. On the other hand if we go to MIB Browser, and select this mib´s "CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-MIB " and in the section of SNMP, we select V1/V2

Hi there, Opmanager: build 11400 ServiceDesk Plus: Build 9027 We're just setting up OpManager for the first time and wondering if there's a way to somehow "sync" the assets currently in our SDP. We've already set up our SDP since last year and have 150+ devices already inventoried. I saw this option on OpManager: Settings > Configuration > Add-On/Products Integration (see image below) under ServiceDesk Settings tab, there's a section called "Assest Sync details" (yes, it's a typo); unfortunately

I'm running opmanager 11300 I use the "about" screen for my notification about new available updates. I notice 11400 is out, but the "about" screen does not reflect that.

Hello, Isn't it possible to integrate OpManager with ServiceDesk Plus MSP? I can see in the settings that it does to SDP, but it doesn't mention anything about SDP MSP. Cisco Aironet 1140 - Template?
Hi Guys, I'm trying to add my Cisco Aironet 1140 AP's to OPManager but for whatever reason, no existing template finds the interfaces, cpu, memory or anything else. I'm wondering if there is a template for these devices because at the moment I'm only able to view certain statistics through the MIB browser. Thanks.

Cannot login to OpManager 11.4 after install
Hi, I've just installed OpManager 11.4 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 std, and this is with a SQL database on a seperate SQL backend. I can login remotely via web browser to http:\\hostname:80 but i'm unable to login locally on the server http://localhost Is there a config setting in an xml file needed to log in locally? Incorrect Exchange monitor "RPC Requests sent per Second"
OpManager on our Exchange 2010 server is alerting on “RPC Requests sent per Second”, being 288,000,000. This is an incorrect value. This is actually the value of "RPC Requests sent" in total since the server was powered on. The RPC sent/per sec is actually around 130 which is normal. I have confirmed this by running Perfmon on the Exchange server. Is this a known bug with OpManager? We are running v10 build 11100.

Routers missing on Network
Hi There I have an issue where I am not able to discover/add routers into opmanager network which existed previously but deleted by mistake. how ever the same/all routers are visible in Netflow but I cant seem to add under network any ideas how to resolve the issue I am using OPmanager 9410 I have tried rediscovery, add a device which picks up but doesn't discover any interfaces on the device Please advise if you require more information. Error parsing MIB file
Hello, When I try to upload a new MIB table, I got this error : Error parsing MIB:PHION-MIB.txt Exception while loading MIB:Could not parse the file D:/Program Files/ManageEngine/OpManager/./mibs/PHION-MIB.txt. The error occured at the line no: 77 ,column: 24. The identifier should not start or end with number or special character. Could you please correct my MIB table? Thank you for your help!

hi, I am trying to evaluate OPmanager9 and we notice when we try to monitor our Exchange 2010 server, the counter message received per second shows in fact the cumulative received message (since last restart). the OID SNMP is Exchange.SMTPRECEIVE.MessagesReceivedPersec. HIgh CPU (WMI and AV) - Opmanager the Cause?
Hey Chaps, Checking out our CPU alerts is leading me to believe that OpManager is potentially the cause. I see WMIPRVSE is sitting at 20% CPU and McAfee at between 20 and 40% (McAfee is scanning the WMI service 98% of its CPU time) So that's about 50% CPU gone already, this is on 6 or 7 win 2008r2 servers. After doing WMI logging I can see constant requests coming from our monitoring server, i thought i could unmanage a server to prove the theory, but i still see WMI calls coming from the monitoring
