Disassociate Event log rules to several devices
Using the "Associate Event log rules to several devices" from the quick configuration wizard I was able to add event log rules to multiple devices, now I'd like to remove these. I'm unable to find a bulk method to do this. Any ideas? Thanks, Chris.

Memory Monitor Not Working shows 120% util
Hello, My OpManger has a couple hundred machines being monitored and out of no where 3 machines showed a crazy spike in memory util, however when I check these machines via SSH they look fine. Can anyone explain why this would happen? Thank you.
Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus
I am testing OpManager and Service Desk Pro and followed the instruction below to integrate OpManger with Service Desk Plus, without error (i.e. Successfully tested and added the ServiceDesk Plus server details) http://help.opmanager.com/intregate_sdp-2 Opmanager (v 12100 (64 Bit)) ServiceDesk Plus (v9.2 Build 9227) However, when I added a new notification profile (i.e. click Log a Ticket under Add New), "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus" is shown. Finding a device in SPM V12.1
How do I find which switch a device is connected to in v12.1? In 11.6 I would click on SPM, enter the IP address and click search. It would display a list of devices that matched the search and what switch they were attached to. In v12.1, when I do a search, I can only link to the device page for the device I am searching for. Clicking on IPAM & then SPM from the main dashboard provides no way of searching for the device.

Hi I installed opmanager ver 12000 with win2012r2 on vmware platform but monitor page didn't show data, please help i test snmp credential from change password and test passed the monitor area is continune running but no graph shown, if i click test monitor, there will be a dot on the graph with no further progress
Exchange Transport Shadow Queue

OpManager Editions
Hi, could you please clarify the differences between the OpManager editions? One difference I see is that only the Plus edition seems to have the firewall add-on (???), another one is that in Plus for the NFA, NCM, Firewall and IPAM add-ons no "free licenses" are stated. I'd appreciate if someone from ManageEngine answers ASAP, as we are in the process of renewing/extending our existing license and have to decide which edition to choose. TIA GWeiss
Remote disable all monitoring from a specific server
Is it inconceivable that in future it will be possible that a technician can disable all monitoring in a predefined period directly from the monitored server, so that he can perform maintenance without informing the person that controls OpManager?
Adding notification profile automatically by moving or adding into a group
Is it posible to add a single or several notification profiles for a new device by just adding or move into a new group?. Device Templates
Hi all, Running into a bit of an issue here, probably me just being new to Opmanager but I cant work this out at all. I understand the device templates, so that when you add a device it picks up what it is automatically and places it under that template and applies whatever monitors and thresholds are set in that template. i.e - Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012 R2 etc etc My issue is, I have 100s of servers I want to monitor with different requirements. Server monitors not showing data
Hello, On opmanager some servers show the CPU/Memory/Disk utilization fine but on other servers using the exact same template nothing shows up unless you click on the window. I've tried making a custom template, removing the monitors and re-adding them as well as changing to a different template as well. Nothing has worked. REST API unable to delete a single graph
Hi, according to http://help.opmanager.com/rest_api-v12 I can use getGraphNames to obtain a list of graph associated to the device. I have to write a script to automatically delete a graph when it matches a certain condition - the issue is that the REST APIs will let me delete a whole performance monitor but not a single graph (the one identified with a pollId). OpManager 12100 creates a wrong dashboard graph
Another day, another issue. Summary: I found that if I create a graph through the dashboard the displayed values are correct, but plotted incorrectly. Description: See the graph 1 created through the "Last N hours". Except for the ugly, not-editable scale it should be fine, right? Nope. OpManager Devices have lost viWebService Data
OpManager VMWare virtual devices have lost their connection\data to the VIWebService. Short of deleting and re-adding 100+ servers, is there a way to get them to pick up this data again? Doing a Rediscover removes all this monitoring.

Data collecting issue urgent
Hello support, Op manager is supposed to collect performance monitors ( such as disk & memory utilizations datas - available partition datas for each partitions) automatically after we added the performance monitors. After we click test monitor button, it wasnt collecting any data for any performance monitor. Hello. I have a Dell Sonicwall firewall that was imported yesterday. All other graphs seem to be working as does ping. We just upgraded to OpManager V12. What's interesting is that the availability is working on our V11.6 server. Any ideas as how to get this resolved? Thanks, Jesse

Add a new vendor (not category)
Hi, OpManager uses a three-tiered approach in classifying the devices: Vendor Category Type As users, we can assign a custom type in the form of a template - still there are a few monitors statically derived from the Vendor (eg. Dell) and Category (eg. Server). From the interface you can add a new Category (like "Environmental Montors" derived from UPS) and of course you can create a template to fine-grain a set of devices. I am not going to point my frustration here, but how are you compensate your customers that can not upgrade from 11.6 to 12? Also your communication to your customers is beyond any level, i am only receiving mail about your new product and how great they are, but not any communication about the upgrade to version 12.
