Historical 'All Alerts' report shows only 'Clear' alerts
Hello, Good Morning. I am trying to run "Reports->System->All Alerts" report to take out all alerts occurred in the month of 'August'. But i only get 'Clear' alerts, not other severity alerts. Is there any mistake that we have configured such a way to retain only 'Clear' alerts in the database?. Do you have any DB query to pull "All Alerts" of any severity for a specific date range?. OpUtils 7 web page does not render properly - page way too wide.
Hello, I have installed OpUtils 7 on 2013-11-28 on our OpManager (latest version) server as a plug-in. When I click on tabs such as "Switch Port Mapper" and most other tabs in OpUtils 7, the page displayed is way to wide! My screen resolution is 2481x1328 and when I size the browser page to half my screen, the OpUtils content does not adjust for the new browser window size. It's still sized for 2481x1328 screen and I have to scroll sideways all the time making this product unusable. I've tried the

Error uploading MIB to MIB browser
Hello. I have trouble uploading a mib file to MIB browser. I get error saying, "Error parsing MIB:AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mibException while loading MIB:Could not parse the file E:/OPMANA~1/./mibs/AIRSTATIONPRO-SNMP-MIB.mib. The error occured at the line no: 6 ,column: 22. Module name should start with the uppercase letter.(and usually contains no lowercase letters)." I see line 6 but I can't find reason causing the error. Could anyone help me fixing the error on this file?
Various Issue in OpManager Implementation
We have recently purchased OpManager Enterprise for our Multi-site implementation. However we keep running into random issues which is seriously hampering our completion goal which we are unable to achieve. Firstly i would like to mention that we are simply using it to monitor via SNMP for network devices. Following random issues we have come across different probes as we have 5 probes with a central server 1. Devices are not being added properly where add device screen shows "Device is added Successfully"
Hardware status
Dear Opmanager, I have a new HP DL580 G7 server and i want to monitor the internal disks for failures. I have downloaded the latest MIB's from HP and copied them into the MIB folder of the Opmanager server. The server is allready in Opmanager , how do I load the MIB in Opmanager and add i.e. the hardware I'm interested in ? I have read http://www.manageengine.com/products/opmanager/help/userguide/device_templates.html but this is not (I guess) what I want. Hope you can help Rein

Current Instance of OpManager Drive Filling Up (Repost)
The original post/question was never answered I noticed this morning that some of the dashboard features like a device's drive availability had broken links, the notification profiles were no longer associated with the monitored devices, etc. I asked our server admin to restart the machine that hosts OpManager and has the below information and questions. He said the application drive filled up because of .dmp files and wants to know why? Additional details: 1. MSSQL 2. 60G Application

IPAM_SPM plugin & opmanager
Just a question? IPAM_SPM plug-in for opmanger is only available for i386 technology. Is possible on linux running this plug-in with opmanager x86_64. I got installed it added to my server libraries for 32 bit. But i dont know how integrate OpM and IPAM plug-in. Best Regards. Miguel

Opmanager Probe 11.1 blank dashboard after new install
Greetings! After upgrading our OpManager Enterprise (with several working probes) to version 11.1, we tried to install a new probe. Even though the probe installation was successful, now the dashboard shows a blank page and it seems that there is no data in the database. We tried to drop the database and create it again but no luck, same error appears. Has the installation of a new probe changed for version 11.1? Thanks in advance, best regards, Jorge.
Stop open Internet Explorer page every time I start the services PLEASE
Could you stop once for all to automatically open Internet Explorer at the end of services restart? I continually receive annoying pop-up messages asking to switch the session to see the message. Some time, looking at the task manager I can see tens of internet explorer processes consuming megabyte of RAM. I know that there is a way to avoid this by changing some parameter on some file I don't remember, but this is really frustrating. I think the best way is to disable this feature by default. Asking
OpManager VMware host Discovery unfinished, corrupted
Hello, I just installed a new OpManager 11.1 and add a Vmware Host, but took long time so I decided to refresh the page. Later on, I tried to added it again, but shows up a message : Device already present in the System , I tried to find it but the system return and Error Page with no more detail. How can I clean this unsuccessful discovery ? Database is MSSQL 2008R2 Thanks for your help.
Uptime of Virtual Node's / DAG's
Is OpManager able to track the uptime and SLA's of Exchange 2010 DAG's, VIP's and Cluster Resources? Clearly, a single server in a cluster going offline is not necessarily a true indication of a service failure if there are other servers that continue to provide service in the case of one server failing. We need to be able to monitor the service availaility (web, SQL, Exchange) more than the actual server's themselves. Thanks
VMware Monitoring - Can't add one host
Hi We are currently trialling OPmanager to see if it is a feasible product for us to use. We are currently having trouble adding one of our 4 VMware hosts. 1-3 add without any problems and discover all attached VMs. The 4th one has the exact same setup as the first 3 yet it will not add. We are using our root username/password as a credential to access the host. I have tested this credential by logging directly onto the VMware host. I have even reset this to make sure that isn't the issue. The error

This happens on all Exchange Servers (2003 and 2010). Amount of Mails is added instead of calculated per Second. How can this be fixed?
Script Template sorting
Hi, I have created a script template to pull some information out but for some reason OpManager is sorting the output. I have sorted the output before writing it out into alphabetical order. Why does OPM sort and what does it sort, as you can see it is not the instance and not the value. Hello, We started getting the alarm "The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable " on some servers when we reboot them. What is this alarm? I can't figure out which monitor this is... Plus, this alarm clears between 4 hours to 2 days after it got triggered even when the server is up and running. openSuSE 12.1 x64 - OpUtils7 - cannot bind port 69
I've installed OpUtils free edition on my linux box (opensuse 12.1 x64) successfully. The oputil admin page came up, and when i tried to do add a device on "Config file manager", i get "Unable to bind to port 69". Actually, i checked the oputils knowledge base, i'm sure before running oputils, the port was not occupied and oputils has been installed and executed by "root" user. still i get this error. After running oputils, the TFTP port is occupied by oputil: # netstat -aon | grep 69 udp

Save Changes Does Not Work on Home Tab
I click edit tab and then click on the home button. I then give it the url for a custom dashboard and click ok. Next, I click the Yes next to save changes in the yellow button above the tabs. The url does not get saved to the home tab. Why doesn't this work?
device template - bug in adding custom OID?
Hi there, As the subject says ... this is what I did: Create new device template: Toshiba-Printer [Toshiba e-Studio5540C] add monitors > add bulk Monitor name: Supply-black SNMNP OID: .1.3.6.1.2.1.43.11.1.1.9.1.1 OK / apply / etc; all good delete the newly added monitor if i try to add the same thing (same name, same OID), it added fine but it can't be displayed i can do add monitor and select it but it never really added, the check box always unmarked is this a known issue? the only way I can re-add
Timezone is wrong
It seems TZ database is not correct in the latest OpManager. OpManager 10200. MSK time is 6:xx pm, Opmanager's time is 05:xx pm. Is there a way to fix this ? Thanks

Hyper-V Widgets
Anyone seeing anything like this? The problem is that the Hyper-V hosts do not show up in the widgets at all. I created a new business view, added 4 physical SQL servers, and 4 Hyper-V Host machines. Then I created a new dashboard, and added two widgets, the Top N Min/Max/Average CPU and Memory widgets. I then filtered the widgets by All Categories, but only for this business view with 8 devices.
