All Alarms: Not showing correct results
When I select a different page size in the Alarms -> All Alarms screen, leave that screen, then come back, it will always show 25 results, while the page size shows the option that I selected before. When I initially select the page size, it shows the correct amount of results. This also occurs when looking at specific device results if there are enough results to view. System details: OpManager 10 on Windows 08 R2. Viewing on Max OS X 10.8.5 using Chrome 30.0.1599.69.

Good evening, I have OPManger 10 installed on a test environment. I'm trying to discover a list of server from a CSV file but I get the following error: "Devices in the specified range are not active". All the server are in a WORKGROUP. Can i resolve this problem? Thanks.
Hyper-V Systems not showing in Top N Min/Max/Average CPU/Memory usage widgets
I created a new business view, added 4 physical SQL servers, and 4 Hyper-V Host machines. Then I created a new dashboard, and added two widgets, the Top N Min/Max/Average CPU and Memory widgets. I then filtered the widgets by All Categories, but only for this business view with 8 devices. The problem is that the Hyper-V hosts do not show up in the widgets at all.
Workstation Monitoring stops after a client reboot
Morning, I am trying out the OpManager software and have tried to monitor a workstation to see what its like, I have setup the performance counters CPU and Memory, connected via wmi (winxp) using my admin credentials, it works all day then when the machine is powered down and back up again the performance monitors stop working. I have tried the Test Credentials which passes, and the Test Performance Monitors which Fail, i can remove the monitors and add them again and it starts working. I'm assuming

Hi, is it possible, if we like to use AppManager and OPManager in our company, to install just the OPManager plus the APPManager-Plugin (ManageEngine_OpManager_APM_Plugin)? Or is it still needed to install also a separate full installation of the APPManager? If it’s possible just to use the OPManager plus the APPManager-Plugin, how about the licensing? CPU Utlization and Real time monitoring Not working.

I see that I can have OpManager alert me if a keyword I choose does not show up on a website. Is it possible do this in reverse ti have OpManager alert me if a keyword shows up. i.e. OpManager alerts me if www.blablabla.com has "Server Unavailable" or "Error". Thanks!

Hi, I have installed the Device Expert plugin on the probe server and when I try to go into the plugin under the network tab I get pushed to the Opmanager login page and once logged in again I am back to the main op manager page and not the device expert. Hi all, I am currently auditing all servers we monitor in OpManager. Currently the only relevant report I seem to be able to run is "Notification Profiles Applied by Device" That's a good start, but what I would like to do is generate a report that tells me what each server has monitored, and what their individual settings are. For example: Server A CPU and thresholds Memory and its threshold Disk C and its threshold Disk D etc etc... Is this possible, or am I going to have to try a custom database

Hi, Opmanager Version: 10200 Setup: Three VM's in a Esxi farm with multiple instances (40) of Tomcat on each server / vm Issue: Opmanager will report false status (down or unavailable) on Processes and / or Services being monitored. We have a strange issue. We get reports about CPU utilization, where a process utilize CPU more than 100%. Could you explain, how this could be? Trying to create a template for ITWatchdogs Watchdog15 but getting a units error
I imported the MIB, found the OIDs that we need for monitoring and created a template. For some reason the temperatures come off missing a decimal point. For example, 75.5 F comes out as 755 F. I checked it again with the MIB browser and it shows: internalIndex.1:-->1 internalSerial.1:-->070004A3F58477C3 internalName.1:-->WatchDog 15 internalAvail.1:-->1 internalTemp.1:-->777 internalHumidity.1:-->31 internalDewPoint.1:-->447 Any thoughts?

Delays in getting email alerts
Hi, Our Opmanager email alerts are getting delayed (They are displayed on the Alerts page in time though). They were 7 hours delayed on Monday morning and we restarted the service and it came back, but over the course of the day they got more and more behind. The same was true yesterday and by the days end it was 9 hours behind. I upgraded to 10.2 last night in the hopes this would correct it, but this morning the latest alert I have fired at 03:07am but arrived by email at 08:26am. Our email system

We are can't integrate SDP with ssl to opmanager. We are using sdp.keystore from SDP and edit file ssl_servicedesk.bat to provid correct keystore. OpManager.truststore was create but SDP didn't integrated. What wrong? I have installed OpManager 10 Free Version on a Linux host and doesn't seem to be collecting stats. I am able to snmpwalk from the host and use the mib browser within OpManager to pull information from devices. Is a license required to run the free version?

OpManager9: Network Interfaces not detected
Hi, I am new to OpManager, current we have a site is using OpMgr9 for servers monitoring, I have few servers can be monitored however unable to detect network interfaces even with Rediscovery... it will shown below message Unable to rediscover the interfaces. Possible reasons: The device is possibly down. SNMP may not be running in the device. SNMP parameters may be wrong.Verified the SNMP services is running fine... Any idea how to rectify this issue... Eventlog record absence as alarm
Good day. Is it possible to configure the OpManager to generate an alarm if event record in Eventlog is absent? For example we're expecting that in period 10:00-11:00 a task must be finished. Only 3 events are possible: 1) task successfuly completed 2) task failed (critical event) 3) absent event at all (critical or warning event) 2 and 3 should be monitored.
