OpManager losing connection with SQL Server database

OpManager losing connection with SQL Server database

We're now running OpManager V9010 with MS-SQL server as a default database. Sometimes OpManager stops to show collected information about all devices.  
the wrapper.log shows that the application loses the connection with the database and after a few seconds it tries to reconnect. 

sometimes this procedure is taking too much time to get the things back to the normal.
I'd like to know why this problem happens and if there is a way to fix it ! 
The only way to normalize is restarting the OpManager service or restart the server.

Could the wrapper.log help to diagnose some failure ?
