Not able to login to Desktop Central

Dear ALL,

We are unable to login to Desktop Central Server today. No changes were done in the environment. Any of you facing similar issue? We have noticed Desktop Central is not so stable.

There is a ticket opened with support. But they are extremely slow in responding and taking ownership of the issue and calls are not attended most of the time.
