[Tips & Tricks] How to show pop-up/alert users on ticket submission
In the request cycle, we would have come across several scenarios, where we need to alter the requester on form submission. Now the popup window/alter can be configured through Field and Form rules, the following sample workflow will provide an insight into this feature.
Admin tab -> incident template -> FaFR -> on form submission and add desired text.
The requester will get a popup when he/she selects the particular incident template from the list.
