[ForYourInformation -13] Multilingual translations made too easy

Hello folks,

Language is the medium to get travel your words to reach people in different regions. 

It becomes irksome when you want to set up your business in another country, region, where languages are different than yours and you are not familiar with it. Now, it is not less than a herculean task.

With ServiceDesk Plus, you can now translate the user interface texts and personalize the application as per your requirement. You can choose to rename modules or any UI phrases used across the application. You can also use this to correct any wrong translations within the application. Choose the respective language from the languages drop-down and modify the texts. 

To modify texts or change the text into your regional language, navigate to ESM directory > General settings > Translations and select the desired language.

                                                                        


You can either find and replace a text across the application or individually modify them from the list of text that is shown.

                                                                        

Once you click Proceed, a list showing where the changes will be made will be shown.

                                                                        

Select the instances where you want to change the text, and click Replace at the bottom. 

For modifying the sentences from the list that is shown, click Modify below each sentence.
