Report - Showing emails sent to specific address
Is there a report that can be created that can list all emails sent to one specific email address. This is very useful for our HR instance. Google seems to be saying Report Query, but not seeing this option in out Instance.

How do I mark a task as resolved rather then closed using the API? Closed seems to be the only option in the examples. _closed closes a task and can be used in a pinch, but I would rather set the task to resolved.

ServiceDesk Development Environment
Wondering if anyone is using a SDP dev environment. Hello, How do we disable the CAPTCHA mechanism that is triggered when someone has too many failed logons?
